Prince Marrin is the direct descendant of the most powerful mage in Ivid IV's court. He is also a powerful magic user in his own right. He controls a large swath of land east of Munevar, recently expanded with the currents of chaos swirling through Delcouth. He and his brother, Darrien of Dastryth inherited their lands from their father about a decade ago, and since then, both have jockeyed with each other for enough power to destroy the other. Delbin was also related to Marrin, and with the annexing of Delcouth and Cherrin, Marrin has become stronger than Darrien. His colors are rust and black, his symbol a rust colored tower on a black background.

Errantkeep itself is a large and prosperous town, a few days ride from Rauxes. It supports about 500 regular soldiers and a sizable militia in times of war.
