What we know of Delbin
we can largely derive from his writing.
And that which we saw in the town square of Delcouth.
He is dead now, hopefully put to rest by our actions.
Thanks to the DM:Delbin
is the Prince of Delcouth, inherited after his father died at the hands
of his brother and Delbin treacherously killed his weakened brother. He
claimed that he found the two of them dead by assassins from Cherrin and
worked his soldiers into an attack against his neighbour. Delbin was very
new to being a prince, about a year at it, and already had big plans.
Several years ago he decided to make a gambit for power over his fellow
man, believing there will soon be power to be had as the fighting between
princes escalates.

The familiar showed him
the legend of Tehlei and told him it was true. Through detailed study and
research, two things Delbin was good at, he was able to track the hisory of
these artifacts and find their owners. One ring he was shocked to find within
the very borders of Delcouth, in the possession of an aged retired knight.
He took the ring from his bloody body but not before discovering the way the
knight had come across the artifact. In a surprisingly rapid manner he was
able to discover the other 3 objects locations and put into motions plans
to acquire these artifacts .
